Connect Talent Solutions, one of Hampton Roads fastest growing companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee a large portfolio of local vacation rental properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the rental properties, ensuring their profitability and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the vacation rental properties, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and meet guest expectations.
• Manage rental bookings and reservations, including responding to inquiries, managing the rental calendar, and coordinating with cleaning and maintenance staff.
• Ensure all guests receive exceptional customer service and respond promptly to any complaints or issues that may arise.
• Oversee property finances, including setting rental rates, collecting rental payments, and managing property expenses.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality repairs and maintenance of the properties.
• Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify potential issues and ensure they are addressed promptly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, real estate, or a related field a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in property management, preferably in the vacation rental industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of property management software and tools a plus.
• Understanding of local regulations and laws related to vacation rental properties.
