Our professional services firm provides a wide range of consulting services, including Civil, Environmental, Structural, and Marine Engineering; Land Surveying; Land Planning; Landscape Architecture; GIS; and Construction Administration.

About the Role
This role offers the chance to lead and contribute to exciting projects involving water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure. You will collaborate with residential, commercial, and industrial clients, producing site development plans and ensuring project success. As a client-facing position, strong communication skills and technical proficiency in Civil 3D software are essential.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Professional Engineer registration strongly preferred).
• Experience:
  • 5+ years in public and private civil site development projects.
  • Expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial site design plans.
  • Proven success in managing client-focused projects in a consulting environment.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, especially Civil 3D.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • A deep understanding of business metrics for project success.
