Job Title: Project Manager II
Location: Austin, TX (Remote Work Available)
Duration: 5 Months

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Medicaid Chip Services (MCS) Waiver Salesforce Enhancements project. This role involves overseeing Agile-based development efforts, collaborating with a range of stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of key project objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, project management methodologies, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale enterprise projects, including planning, budgeting, and overall project oversight.
- Guide Agile (Scrum) teams, applying standard project management methodologies to achieve project goals.
- Develop key project documentation, such as charters, work plans, and schedules.
- Collaborate with both technical and business teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Provide technical support during business hours and as needed on-call.
- Create and present project updates and reports to leadership and relevant committees.

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in project management, specifically with large-scale enterprise implementations.
- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce.
- 7+ years of experience managing state or federal projects (Texas experience preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with the State of Texas Project Delivery Framework.
- PMP Certification (4+ years).
- 3+ years of Agile (Scrum) experience, along with ACP/Scrum Master certification.
- 1+ year of experience with state procurement and contracting.
- Familiarity with Jira and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 40,000.00 140,000.00 Per Year
