Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Assistant or a related field to support all production needs on and off-set. In this role, you’ll play an integral part in executing high-impact influencer marketing campaigns by supporting all aspects of production. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and bring creative visions to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up, managing, and breaking down production equipment for shoots.
- Coordinate logistics on-site, ensuring timelines and requirements are met.
- Organize and maintain production areas to meet professional standards.
- Prepare and distribute production documents such as call sheets and schedules.
- Track and manage production-related expenses and inventory.
- Serve as a point of contact between team members, cast, and crew.
- Support the creative team in executing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to scouting locations and managing on-site needs.
- Collaborate with talent, partners, and clients to ensure successful outcomes.
- Respond effectively to last-minute challenges and changing production needs.
- Proactively address issues to ensure projects stay on track.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in production, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in production, influencer marketing, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of industry-specific tools or equipment.
- Familiarity with production tools and software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
