We’re looking for a passionate Private Client Stylist who thrives in high-touch client interactions and has a deep understanding of fine jewelry, diamonds, and custom design. This role goes beyond traditional sales—it’s about curating a seamless, personalized experience from the initial inquiry to the moment the ring is in the client’s hands.

The ideal candidate is both a trusted advisor and a process-driven professional, someone who can educate clients, guide them through the engagement ring journey, and ensure every step—from consultation to production—is executed flawlessly. This role also offers the unique opportunity to help refine and improve our engagement ring process, making it as effortless and elevated as possible.

What You’ll Do

• Engagement Ring Sales & Consultation: Receive inbound inquiries, conduct one-on-one appointments (both virtual and in-person), and guide clients through diamond selection, custom designs, and setting options.
• Education & Trust-Building: Teach clients about diamonds, the 4Cs, and craftsmanship, ensuring they feel confident in their purchase.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop lasting relationships, providing an elevated and personal shopping experience.
• Closing Sales: Leverage your expertise to drive conversions and ensure clients feel secure in their decision.
• Production Oversight: Work closely with the production team to ensure all custom orders are executed flawlessly and delivered on time.
• Process Improvement: Identify pain points in the engagement ring process and refine workflows to improve efficiency, communication, and the overall client experience.
• Aftercare & Follow-Up: Assist with post-purchase needs, such as resizing, adjustments, and long-term relationship building.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of engagement ring or fine jewelry sales experience in a luxury or high-touch environment.
• GIA Certification a big plus
• Strong understanding of diamonds, gemstones, and ring craftsmanship.
• Experience in custom design processes and production timelines is a plus.
• Excellent communicator and educator who can simplify complex information for clients.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
• A passion for creating exceptional client experiences that feel seamless and personal.
• A self-starter excited to help refine and elevate Kinn’s engagement ring process.
