Job Description

A $25M Cleveland Commercial Construction company in Akron that is growing and is looking for a Project Manager/Superintendent to add to their team! The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in diverse commercial markets up to $10M. Project Manager/Superintendent Duties:

* Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion
* Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standards
* Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including subcontractors and self-perform craft trades
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a strong focus on safety throughout the project lifecycle
* Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.

Project Manager/Superintendent Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred but not necessary **
* 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent (Some PM duties needed if you have primarily been a Superintendent)
* Experience working on projects valued up to $10M is preferred but not necessary
* Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
* Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
