We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of workers' compensation cases, providing expert legal counsel to our clients, and ensuring their rights are protected. This role requires a deep understanding of California workers' compensation laws, personal injury laws, and employment laws.

Job Details

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Workers' Compensation Attorney.
• Proven experience in litigation, specifically in workers' compensation cases and personal injury cases.
• Excellent knowledge of California Workers' Compensation laws, employment laws, and personal injury laws.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and litigation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in legal research software and MS Office Suite.
