Summary

Position Overview
We seek a compassionate, motivated individual to provide some structured weekly support and guidance for a creative and talented individual in their 30s. This part-time role, approximately 8 hours per week with a schedule of 2-3 consistent mornings, focuses on assisting with weekly scheduling and accountability, healthy food preparation, physical fitness activities, and grocery shopping. Responsibilities include discussing and organizing the weekly schedule, ensuring logistics and transportation are in place, encouraging healthy habits, and participating in physical activities such as gym visits or hiking. This is a highly supportive, empathetic, and encouraging role aimed at fostering personal development and wellness.

Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Weekly Schedule & Logistics:
• Collaborate to review, discuss, and validate the weekly schedule.
• Ensure logistics and transportation are in place for planned activities.
• Healthy Living & Fitness:
• Assist with meal preparation and encourage healthy eating habits.
• Accompany and support participation in physical activities, including gym visits, hiking, or walking.
• Motivate and participate in fitness activities to foster accountability and progress.
• Grocery Shopping & Errands:
• Assist with weekly grocery shopping and ensure nutritious food options are prioritized.
• Provide support for light errands as needed.

Requirements

? Must be able to provide transportation
? Organized, compassionate, and adaptable with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in peer support, life coaching, or mental health services is preferred.
• Interest or experience in art management, promotion, or sales is highly valued.
