JOB TITLE: Parking Services Officer
PAY RATE: $13.75 an hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The main responsibility of this position is to enforce the University of Wyoming parking regulations on campus. It may also involve revenue collection, data entry, and other duties as assigned. Applicants must be able to provide quality customer service at all times and remain calm in stressful and sometimes difficult situations.
Transportation Services is very flexible working with student schedules. Weekly hours can range anywhere from 10 - 28 hours. The normal hours of operation are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Please note that this position requires occasional weekend, night, and early morning work. Position includes frequent pay scale reviews.
REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work in a professional team environment
- Must be able to work in harsh weather conditions, including Laramie winters
- Valid Driver's License with a motor vehicle (MVR) that is compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy .
