Job description
We are looking for a multitasking superstar to join our close-knit team. You’ll be working directly with the Doctor and Office Manager to assist with patient care, and positive office flow. This is a part-time position, 30-35 hours per week. Weekly hours will vary based on patient scheduling and time-off for the Doctor and staff. Starting pay of $18.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
· Utilize computer skills to assist with data entry and document preparation.
· Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and assisting patients.
· Assist with office organization and filing to ensure efficient workflow.
· Utilize Microsoft Word, Charm EHR, and QuickBooks for administrative tasks.
· Support office management with various tasks as needed.
What makes a good candidate
· Proficiency with MacOS, Microsoft Word
· Familiarity with Quickbooks Online
· Strong communications skills – verbal and written
· Personal or professional experience with holistic health
