Superintendent Position Summary

The Lead Superintendent will manage all aspects of a site from scheduling to safety to performance & quality.   You will touch all daily operations onsite including the project staff and subcontractors. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of the designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished by professionally developing working relationships with subs, vendors and company management personnel.

Key Ideals

  • New Construction experience in building ground-up Multifamily Garden Style,  Student-Housing OR Podium Wrap type projects, from start-up through completion.
  • Preferred experience also with cast-in-place and precast garage construction is preferred
  • Proven experience on running large sites (Trees-to-Keys) and successful completion of schedule, budget, client satisfaction and safety.
  • Proven record of successful project completion and healthy sub/vendor relationships in the area. 

KEY Skill-Sets

  • MULTIFAMILY New-Construction Experience (New Projects $30-60+MM in Value)
  • Garden / Student-Housing Style project experience is required
  • Scheduling Expertise
  • Communication skills
  • Negotiating | Contracts skills
  • Ability to work well with a team & manage multiple employees as needed
  • Impeccable organizational skills

Education/Experience

  • Eight (8) + years of (Multifamily) construction superintendent experience in the ground-up / new - construction industry with Multifamily (wood-frame) style projects completed . 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred OR sufficient industry experience within new-construction projects in the multifamily industry
