### Key Responsibilities:
- Advise borrowers on their financial options and payment methods.
- Guide customers through the loan application process with care and expertise.
- File loan applications and all necessary supporting documents.
- Develop and maintain referral networks to identify potential loan prospects.
- Address customer complaints and take appropriate actions to resolve any issues.

### Qualifications:
- Previous experience in finance, banking, or related fields.
- Familiarity with financial and lending practices.
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual in Korean and Chinese is a plus (optional).
