What You'll Be Doing:
Evaluate loan applications and assess eligibility based on financial status, credit history, and property evaluations.
Help clients select the best mortgage products tailored to their needs and financial situation.
Guide clients through the mortgage application process, from pre-approval to closing, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
Stay current on Massachusetts mortgage lending laws, regulations, and market conditions to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.
Build lasting relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to grow your network.
Ensure all required documents are collected and submitted promptly, ensuring timely processing of mortgage loans.
Provide clients with clear, easy-to-understand information about loan terms, conditions, and costs.
Collaborate with underwriting and closing teams to ensure the smooth processing of mortgage loans.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
Newly licensed Loan Officers are welcome to apply
A strong willingness to learn—mentorship and training are available
High earning potential in a commission-based role
A solid understanding of mortgage products, the loan origination process, and Massachusetts state regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
Strong analytical skills and sound decision-making abilities
Proficiency with mortgage loan software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage competing priorities
A current license from the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) or the ability to obtain licensure
