🌟 Now Hiring: Mentor for Teen with ADHD – Pontiac, MI

We are seeking a reliable, positive, and patient mentor to work with a 15-year-old female with ADHD in Pontiac. This is a part-time position with weekday afternoon hours, focused on providing support, structure, and encouragement to help her thrive.

📍 Location: Pontiac, MI
🕒 Schedule: Weekday afternoons after 5pm, weekends available!
💵 Compensation: Weekly pay
🎓 Training: Paid training provided

About the Role:
As a mentor, you will build a supportive relationship with a bright and energetic teen, helping her stay focused, organized, and motivated after school. This is not a clinical or tutoring role—just consistent, compassionate guidance and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Encourage focus and follow-through on daily tasks (homework, routines, etc.)

• Help with time management and organization strategies

• Engage in meaningful conversation and supportive activities

• Be a consistent, positive presence in her weekly routine

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with teens, especially those with ADHD or neurodiverse needs

• Extremely reliable and consistent

• Patient, upbeat, and encouraging

• Strong communicator with a warm, supportive approach

• Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check

• Must be 18 or older
