ACI Learning is a leading provider of audit, cybersecurity and IT training solutions, empowering individuals and organizations worldwide to improve their technical capabilities and their cybersecurity with compelling and comprehensive training. Our leadership position extends even further to our new SaaS Learning Platform myACI that goes beyond audit, cyber and IT training to provide organizational and individual knowledge assessment, analytics and training delivery with integrated AI to understand capabilities and skill gaps for organizations.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Web Developer with extensive e-commerce and SEO experience to join our Marketing team. This role will focus on enhancing our digital presence across two marketing websites, including developing an integrated e-commerce experience. The ideal candidate will drive growth by optimizing user engagement, improving website functionality, and implementing seamless e-commerce solutions. Reporting to the Director of Web Design, this role combines front and back-end development, API integration, and e-commerce management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you’ll play a key part in the development and maintenance of a high-quality, responsive e-commerce experience for both B2B and DTC audiences.
  • Design and implement back-end integrations for the product catalog, payment processing, and CRM systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable code following best practices, ensuring high performance and code quality across projects.
  • Develop testing and QA processes to guarantee site quality, functionality, and user experience.
  • Document technical specifications and maintain thorough project documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create an exceptional user experience.
  • Integrate with various tools and platforms, such as Strapi CMS, Google Analytics, Hubspot, and CRM systems.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine visibility and overall site performance.
  • Regularly analyze and refine website structure and content to align with SEO and conversion goals.

What’ll You need (Requirements)

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years in full-stack web development, with at least 2 years in e-commerce development.
  • Expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and GraphQL; experience with Gatsby or similar static site generators.
  • Proven experience working with APIs and third-party services.
  • Experience with content management systems; Strapi CMS is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success with relevant past projects.

  • Experience tracking website traffic and engagement metrics.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks or projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving website issues and improving the customer experience.
  • Proficiency in responsive design and mobile-first development.
  • Understanding of B2B and DTC e-commerce practices, including security standards for payment integrations.
  • Skilled in implementing robust testing and QA processes to ensure quality.
  • Familiar with SEO best practices for optimizing site structure and performance.

We are a fully remote company. This position can be based anywhere in the US.
