You'll have the freedom to own and manage marketing channels and campaigns independently while contributing directly to our company's success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Create and manage engaging content for various platforms, building our online presence.
Digital Advertising: Oversee and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (including PPC and LSA), ensuring strong ROI.
Content Creation: Develop creative content for our website, social media, and other marketing materials.
Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute effective campaigns for radio, print, and gas station ads.
Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics to drive improvements.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all marketing efforts.
Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends and identify new opportunities.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with company objectives.
What You'll Bring:
Experience: 3-5 years in marketing, ideally in the home services or related industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
Skills:
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.
