What You'll Be Doing:
Instruction & Leadership: Teach two cohorts of students, delivering lessons in the assigned academic delivery methodologies. Create a vibrant and engaging learning environment that motivates students.
Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of excitement and passion for student success, and help recruit and train new Instructors to ensure they're fully prepared to teach and support students.
Student Engagement: Provide one-on-one coaching to students, ensuring they understand course material and are prepared for certification exams. Utilize communication tools like phone, email, chat, and video to support and motivate students.
Monitor & Report Progress: Regularly track student progress, providing feedback and encouragement to help students stay on track and succeed in the program.
Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and improvement of the curriculum, ensuring it reflects industry trends and best practices.
Discipline & Behavior Management: Maintain a positive classroom environment and manage student behavior in alignment with institutional policies.
Professional Development: Stay up to date with industry trends, teaching methods, and resources, and bring these insights into the classroom.

Education & Experience Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Industry Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in IT (within the last 10 years).
Teaching Experience: At least 2 years of classroom or online teaching experience is preferred. Other combinations of technical training and work experience will also be considered.
