You'll play a key role in escalation support , troubleshooting complex IT issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations for our clients.

✅ Handle escalation tickets from the helpdesk team (Tier 2 support)
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve network issues & outages
✅ Manage backup & disaster recovery , restores, and deployments
✅ Oversee security solutions (MFA, A/V, SAT, SIEM)
✅ Support business applications (POS, PMS, financial & accounting software)
✅ Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS
✅ Conduct advanced firewall troubleshooting (policies, traffic monitoring, configuration)
✅ Microsoft 365 & Entra (Azure) Administration (mail flow, rules, connectors)
✅ Assist with client onboarding & support (remote & on-site)
✅ Maintain detailed documentation of issues and resolutions
🎯 5+ years of experience with Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS
🎯 Strong firewall troubleshooting skills
🎯 Proficiency in networking LAN/WAN concepts (VLANs, switch configuration)
🎯 Server migration experience
🎯 Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
💼 Full-time, in-office (M-F, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
🚗 Limited local travel (15-25%) + monthly fuel stipend
✈️ Occasional out-of-state travel (a few times a year)
