Jr. Salesforce Administrator

Hybrid in Charlotte, North Carolina (Local only)

6 month contract

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our growing Business Intelligence team . This role is replacing a departing employee and presents a critical opportunity to modernize and optimize the Salesforce environment. The previous role was held by someone with limited experience, and we are seeking a candidate who can take the Salesforce ecosystem to the next level by improving backend performance and transitioning from a monolithic architecture to a modern, scalable CRM system.

This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integrations with Leaders Group's expanding AI initiatives and broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other Salesforce customizations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, diagnose issues, and propose technical solutions.
• Implement automation workflows, custom apps, and system enhancements to improve user efficiency and system performance.
• Overhaul and modernize Salesforce tools, ensuring they align with future AI and automation initiatives.
• Integrate Salesforce CRM with external platforms to ensure smooth data flow and accuracy.
• Monitor data quality, resolve system bugs, and maintain high-performance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, specializing in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management principles, and CRM functionalities.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II).
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
