IT/ERP Support Analyst - Navision - Conover, NC - $80k

Our client is an international manufacturing company with locations all throughout the United States and is continuing to grow through a series of mergers and acquisitions. They are in need of an ERP Support Analyst with Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central experience to support their accounting and operations teams and play a key role in onboarding new companies to the ERP system. Your new role will involve:

* Lead support efforts on the organization's Dynamics NAV system
* Act as the liaison between company stakeholders and the external Microsoft VAR
* Troubleshoot system errors
* Provide training to users on ERP processes
* Document workflows and identify paths for improvement
* Manage and improve integrated technologies, such as AP automation, payroll, and Jet Reports

What you'll need:

* Experience with Business Central and/or NAV ERP (Navision) systems
* Functional knowledge of finance and accounting processes
* Warehousing and/or Manufacturing industry experience preferred
* Experience with SQL Server
* IT Helpdesk Experience, especially with support Microsoft 365, Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, etc.
* Systems Administration background with the ability to troubleshoot system errors and lead integrations with new technologies
* The ability to communicate well with users as well as non-technical personnel
