Job Description

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access in accordance with company policies.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and processes in the IT ticketing system.
• Assist in system updates, backups, and security patches to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the IT team to support new technology implementations and upgrades.
• Educate and train users on IT best practices and cybersecurity awareness.

• Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and basic networking principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL) are a plus.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
