Job Description

The I nvestment Banking Senior Analyst will be responsible for:

Support senior bankers by creating information memorandum, management presentations, marketing pitches/materials, conducting client due diligence, industry research, and managing buyers list
Assisting in all phases of the transaction process
Supporting new business development and investment banking engagements

The Investment Banking Senior Analyst should have:

At least 1 year of investment banking experience, preferably in the Aerospace, Defense & Government sector
Strong understanding of financial statements and reports
Excellent technical writing skills and attention to detail
Intellectual curiosity and ability to work independently while collaborating with senior bankers
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and take ownership of tasks
Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-oriented approach
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field
