Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Representative – Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating new business by reaching out to homeowners through cold calling. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce potential clients to our comprehensive roofing and solar services and schedule consultations with our project experts. Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Proactively dial potential leads using provided lists and CRM tools to introduce Artisan’s services.
• Lead Qualification: Engage with homeowners to understand their roofing needs and assess their fit for our services.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations and project evaluations with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless transition to our project management team.
• Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up communication via phone and email to nurture relationships and confirm appointments.
• CRM Management: Accurately record call outcomes, update customer information, and track progress in our CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure that client expectations are met from the initial call through project completion.
• Performance Targets: Meet or exceed monthly call, appointment, and conversion goals, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

What We’re Looking For:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are a must.
• Sales Experience: Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred, though motivated newcomers with a strong work ethic are welcome.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection with persistence and maintain a positive attitude.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Remote Work Setup: If working remotely, a quiet workspace and reliable phone/internet connection are required.
