Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants  by James Beard Award Winning and Michelin-Starred Chef Fabio Trabocchi  are now accepting applications for our Hostess opportunity within our acclaimed and celebrated restaurant, Sfoglina Pasta Housa, located in Rosslyn, Virginia.

Benefits Offered:

  • Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants offers full-time employees company subsidized health insurance. A full-time employee must work on average 30 hours per week to qualify for health insurance benefits. Coverage begins on the first of the month after the 60th day of employment. The insurance enrollment period is between 30 and 90 days of employment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of hosting experience in a upscale dining or upscale restaurant/luxury hotel preferred, excellent guest service skills will be considered in lieu of restaurant experience for the right candidate
  • An appetite for providing memorable hospitality 
  • Excellent emotional self-awareness under pressure
  • Gracious and pleasant demeanor with a positive attitude
  • Must have fall availability
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
