General Manager / Head of Operations

What You’ll Be Doing

Creating a safe, motivated workplace that embodies a customer-centric culture
Managing revenue, operational performance, and EBITDA for short- and long-term goals
Building and leading a 25+ team with a focus on growth, engagement, and skill development
Driving strategic planning in collaboration with support functions across quality, finance, HR, and more
Overseeing customer satisfaction initiatives, including corrective action plans and improving customer feedback scores
