About the Role:
As a Life Insurance Agent, you will:
Reach out to both new and existing clients to understand their needs, goals, and budget
Confidently engage in conversations about personal health and medical questions to complete client qualification forms
Use internal software to shop across various carriers and product options to find the best fit for your client's unique situation
Connect with clients via Zoom (or phone if preferred) to explain your role and how you can support their life insurance and financial solution needs
Present insurance options clearly, explaining product details to help clients make informed decisions
Guide clients through the online application process and answer any questions along the way
Track your weekly calls, appointments, and submitted applications to monitor progress
Collaborate with teammates to exchange information and ensure the best solutions for clients
Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and build lasting relationships
What We're Looking For:
A passion for helping others and a strong drive to succeed
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales (or a strong communication ability)
A current state life insurance license or willingness to obtain one before beginning to write business
Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic industry
Familiarity with remote work tools like Zoom, Slack, or similar platforms
A sales-driven mindset with self-motivation and an eagerness to achieve goals
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
A strong desire for personal and professional growth
