Private family looking to hire a Full-Time Live-In Career Nanny in Washington DC,
The Ideal Candidate: The family is seeking a highly proactive and dependable full-time nanny (Mary Poppinz!) to care for their children, ages 9, 6, 5, and 1, M-F, split schedule, 6:30 am-9 am and then 3pm – 9pm. The three oldest are in school/after school activities so primary care is for the 1 yo throughout the day. The ideal candidate should be organized, self-sufficient, and able to manage the children’s schedules independently. This role requires a nanny who can think ahead and anticipate the children’s needs, from school supplies and clothing for activities to meals and playtime. The family values someone who can handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work flexibly to accommodate their schedules, including occasional overtime, travel, and overnight stays. A positive attitude and the ability to act as a true partner in the family’s day-to-day operations are essential.
