Seeking candidates with a seniorlevel profile possessing a minimum of 5 years of accounting (specifically fund accounting) and financial analysis experience within a hospital or comparable setting. It is important to note that we are not considering candidates at the Director level or higher. **** MustHaves for the Role:
1. Education:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.


2. Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of accounting specifically fund accounting and financial analysis experience in a hospital or similar environment.
Experience as a Senior or Lead Financial/Budget Analyst with the ability to train and develop junior analysts.
Demonstrated experience in developing new financial reports tracking and reporting on KPIs budget/variance analysis (researching and explaining variances) and financial modeling (creating building and maintaining).


3. Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel proficiency including vlookups pivot tables sumifs and working with large linked files.
Familiarity with major financial ERPs such as Infor Lawson.
Understanding of GAAP the General Ledger and the Chart of Accounts.


4. Other Skills:
Strong analytical ability to interpret and explain financial data.
Extremely detailoriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Proven ability to multitask and meet competing deadlines.
Capable of working independently under general direction.
A quick learner able to adapt to new processes or tools.


5. Interpersonal and Team Skills:
Experience working collaboratively with Finance Accounts Payable Purchasing and external vendors.
