Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner for an opening at a Physical Therapy and Pain Management Facility in New York, NY. The facility is dedicated to providing excellent care, fostering a nurturing environment for rehabilitation, and enhancing bodily mobility and stability.

Requirements of the  Family/Adult   Nurse Practitioner :

• Must have an active State License
• Must be Board Certified

Schedule of the Family/Adult   Nurse Practitioner :

• This is a Full-time position.
• Monday to Friday either 8:00am to 4:00pm or 10:00am to 6:00 pm

Benefits of the  Family/Adult   Nurse Practitioner :

• The salary for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience).
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
• 2 weeks Vacation
• 5 Days PTO / Sick
• 5 Major Holidays
• Licensing and registration fees
• Health Insurance is provided but at employee cost

Responsibilities of the Family/Adult   Nurse Practitioner :

• Perform physical exams and patient observations.
• Record patients' medical histories and symptoms.
• Create patient care plans and contribute to existing ones.
• Order, administer, and analyze diagnostic tests.
• Diagnose health issues.
• Administer medicine and other treatments.
• Detect changes in patients' health and modify treatment plans, as needed.
• Consult with healthcare professionals and families.
• Train patients and their families to manage and prevent illness and injury.
