Family Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist

A well-established hospital in Geneva, NY , in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region, is seeking two experienced Family Nurse Practitioners to join their Hospitalist team in a full-time, direct hire capacity. This is not a remote position .

• Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $135,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care to hospitalized patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Current New York State license to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• 1-2 years of acute care experience as a Nurse or Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
