What You'll Do:
Reach out to new and existing clients to understand their needs, budget, and goals.
Comfortably engage in discussions around personal health and medical questions to complete client qualification forms.
Use internal software to explore multiple insurance options and find the best solutions based on client needs and budget.
Communicate with clients via Zoom or phone, providing clear, helpful explanations of available life insurance and financial solutions.
Present life insurance and advanced market solutions, helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions.
Guide clients through the application process, answering questions and ensuring a smooth experience.
Track and manage client interactions, including calls, appointments, and submitted applications.
Collaborate with teammates to share insights, solutions, and product knowledge.
Ensure applications are fully approved by underwriting and follow up as needed.
Continuously exceed personal sales goals by following a proven sales system, with regular mentor check-ins for support.
Stay connected with clients annually to ensure their needs are still being met.
What We're Looking For:
Must be 18 years or older.
Eligible to work in the United States.
A current state life insurance license (or a willingness to obtain one before writing new business).
At least 1 year of customer service experience, or strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others.
Proficiency in computer systems, excellent communication and listening skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to guiding clients through the sales process.
Resilience and a belief in your ability to succeed.
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with others.
Experience with Zoom and remote workspaces (such as Crew, GroupMe, Slack, or similar tools).
A self-motivated, sales-driven individual eager to learn and grow in the insurance field.
Strong organizational skills and a passion for personal development.
Effective time management and business tracking abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
Commission-based (starting at 80%, with performance-based increases up to 130%)
