• Salary range for Dispatcher between $45,000- $55,000 USD based on skills and experience. 

At our facility in Rochester you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Cascades Recovery + division of our team as the Dispatcher : 

• Efficiently dispatch shipments (outgoing and incoming) in accordance with needs, in the U.S; 

• Maximize the truck fleet’s profitability by maintaining the best shipment-truck ratio; 

• Modify routes as required while maintaining efficiency and customer centricity; 

• Inform plant(s) of any changes to inbound and outbound loads that may impact the workflow; 

• Monitor route performance and production in real-time for all assigned drivers; 

• Liaise with Account Management and Customer Service to effectively communicate any service interruptions or site-level issues reported by drivers.

• Preferably 3 years of industry experience; 

• Advanced knowledge of transport and dispatching operations; 

• Versatility and agility to manage multiple files simultaneously; 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written communication, with a focus on organization; 

• Team spirit; 

• Must be computer literate, including proficiency with the Office suite.
