Join our client, a prominent player in the iGaming industry, as the Director of Interactive Marketing. In this hybrid role, you will lead the strategy to enhance user acquisition and retention, ensuring a dynamic user experience across all marketing channels.

Your mission will be to craft and implement a high-impact marketing strategy, oversee cross-functional teams, and drive the entire user journey from initial attraction to long-term engagement. You will collaborate closely with leadership teams to integrate marketing initiatives seamlessly with broader business objectives, ensuring that our client's offerings remain competitive and innovative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams focused on user acquisition, retention marketing, and social media.
• Drive execution of growth initiatives and manage revenue funnel strategies.
• Establish performance metrics to track and communicate business growth goals.
• Identify optimization opportunities within the user journey.
• Provide impactful market feedback and support product development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in iGaming or sports betting marketing or strategy roles.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing revenue growth strategies.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
