ACI Learning is a leading provider of audit, cybersecurity and IT training solutions, empowering individuals and organizations worldwide to improve their technical capabilities and their cybersecurity with compelling and comprehensive training. Our leadership position extends even further to our new SaaS Learning Platform myACI that goes beyond audit, cyber and IT training to provide organizational and individual knowledge assessment, analytics and training delivery with integrated AI to understand capabilities and skill gaps for organizations.

As the Corporate IT leader for ACI Learning, you will spearhead our internal technology strategy, balancing innovation in educational services with operational efficiency, security, and scalability. You’ll collaborate across teams to simplify processes and champion technology as a driving force behind employee, partner, and customer success. This role is a blend of strategic vision, hands-on technical expertise, budgeting, and vendor management. We need someone who ensures technology is not a constraint, but rather a powerful enabler of business growth and innovation.

What you'll do

• Complete an assessment of ACI’s current Corporate IT technology within the first 30 days that covers cost, licensing, and maintainability of key technologies.
• Identify and integrate a Managed Service Provider to manage our IT operations
• Partner with other senior leaders to evolve our processes for ACI Learning team member onboarding, offboarding, and corporate IT training.
• Drive and improve on IT onboarding for new ACI Learning team members to ensure a positive and fast time to productivity experience.
• Develop and train employees on IT policies on critical cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance programs (e.g., GDPR, FERPA).
• Create internal dashboards that measure technology utilization including license allocation and usage to inform Executive Leadership within 90 days.
• Evaluate and recommend automation and improvements to the current IT Help Desk system within 90 days.
• Support acquisition diligence and IT integration activities.
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and vendor partnerships to support operational and technological objectives.

What you should have

• 10+ years of experience in Corporate IT roles, with at least 5 years in a technology leadership position (e.g., Manager or Director level).
• Experience selecting, procuring, and deploying company-wide technologies for companies with several hundred employees.
• Experience with successful ISO and SOC II audits for companies.
• Experience deploying and managing Microsoft technology platforms.
• Proven experience in overseeing large-scale IT operations, cloud-based systems, and cybersecurity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated success in scaling internal technology systems in alignment with business growth and product development.
• Experience with automation, AI, and data analytics technologies is highly desirable.
