Position Overview: Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role as a bridge between our digital marketing department and our clients. You'll work closely with our clients to troubleshoot, strategize, and optimize their digital marketing accounts, ultimately aiming to enhance their performance and maximize their ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating via Zoom, phone, text, and email to address and resolve any marketing issues.
Proactively review clients' marketing performance and provide insights to optimize their campaigns.
Offer recommendations and implement strategies for keyword optimization, campaign structuring, targeting, display ads, and other aspects of paid search and social media.
Track and manage client accounts to meet KPIs, including monitoring budgets and bids.
Generate reports on marketing activities using tools like Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Facilitate coordination between client support and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Create and post custom and template ads for clients on platforms such as Facebook and AdWords.
Maintain records and run regular reports from multiple data sources.
Support clients with CRM setup to receive leads and collaborate with cross-functional teams on various initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Proven success in creating and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and build strong relationships.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities, using data to make decisions and measure performance.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools like Hootsuite and Sprout Social.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in real estate or a related field.
Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Familiarity with content management systems, such as WordPress.
A passion for real estate and/or technology.

Benefits and Compensation

This is a fully remote role within the U.S. We offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and a dynamic, collaborative work environment that values innovation. Starting pay ranges from $60k to $65k, plus bonuses based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick days, and a 401(k) plan.
