Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our Google Ads and Social Media Ad campaigns. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing paid digital marketing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube Ads.
• Plan and execute Facebook and Instagram Ads strategies, targeting defined audience segments.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Optimize ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Set up and manage tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to refine strategies.
• Stay current with platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to develop engaging ads.
• Report on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising with a strong focus on Google and Facebook Ads.
• Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns with measurable success.
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with remarketing, lookalike audiences, and other advanced targeting strategies.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and third-party analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of bidding strategies, campaign segmentation, and ad optimization.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other emerging platforms.
• Knowledge of email marketing and CRM integration.
