Job Title : Cybersecurity Analyst
Location : DFW Airport, TX 75261 (Hybrid 3 days/week)
Duration : 12 Months with possible extension

Certification Required: CJIS

Job Overview:

We are seeking an Intermediate-Level Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on threat mitigation, penetration testing, and incident response to protect against evolving cyber threats. The ideal candidate will be an ethical hacker with up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends, capable of handling threat hunting and ensuring system security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct penetration testing to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Perform threat hunting to detect and respond to cyber threats proactively.
• Lead incident response efforts, analyzing and resolving security breaches.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance security protocols and defenses.
• Ensure compliance with CJIS certification requirements.
• Work on-site three days a week with occasional presence in the IOC as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations.
• 2+ years of expertise in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
• 2+ years of experience in threat intelligence and incident response.
• Experience working with enterprise security tools and frameworks.
• Ability to adapt to evolving cybersecurity threats and mitigation strategies.
