Cryptanalytic Computer Scientist

Clearance Required : Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph

Our client is seeking an Entry-Level Cryptanalytic Computer Scientist to join their team in supporting a U.S. Government client on a high-profile contract. This role involves working on mission-critical software and systems to address complex technical challenges through cryptanalysis and software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Problem Solving with Mathematical Models : Use mathematical models, methods, and techniques to analyze and solve technical challenges.
• Cryptanalytic Software Development : Support the development and enhancement of cryptanalytic software.
• Collaboration and Independence : Work effectively as part of a team, while also managing individual tasks to tackle complex issues.
• Effective Communication : Clearly communicate with team members and stakeholders to support project goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Security Clearance : Active or reinstatable TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Citizenship : U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience : 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Technical Skills :
  • Strong software development skills, particularly with Python and C++.
  • Ability to apply mathematical models to analyze and resolve cryptanalytic challenges.
• Soft Skills : Excellent communication abilities and a proactive, independent work style.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary : $115,000 - $190,000
