The Role: Corporate M&A Mid-Level Associate | Washington, D.C.

We are seeking a skilled and driven Corporate M&A Mid-Level Associate to join one of our prestigious clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile mergers and acquisitions in a collaborative and innovative environment.

In this position, you will:

• Lead and support complex M&A transactions, including strategic acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures.
• Provide legal counsel to support high-profile clients in the technology and life sciences industries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client service and strategic legal solutions.
• Handle due diligence, draft and negotiate key agreements, and manage deal processes.
