Commercial Roofing Salesman

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
* Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine client needs and propose appropriate roofing solutions.
* Prepare and present detailed proposals, including project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates.
* Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

* 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing sales or a related field.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Strong understanding of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
