Job Title: Commercial Construction Project Manager
Position Overview
The Project Manager is a critical role, responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities
* Project Oversight: Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
* Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to achieve project goals.
* Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
* Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
* Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress and proactively addressing potential delays.
* Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and contractual obligations.
* Problem Solving: Identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
* Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) and MS Office Suite.
* Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
