Commercial Litigation Attorney job at Gpac San Diego, CA, US

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and financial legal matters, with a proven track record of success. You will work closely with clients, providing counsel on complex litigation issues, financial transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

* Manage a caseload of litigation matters, overseeing cases from discovery through to resolution.
* Draft various legal documents, includes, motions, and briefs.
* Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and actively participate in trial and mediation proceedings.
* Collaborate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams to develop strong cases.

Requirements:

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, with 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
