The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our collections department, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of collection processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using collection software and data analytics tools.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team in alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
• Set and achieve targeted performance goals for the team.
• Motivate and engage team members to meet key objectives and performance expectations.
• Oversee and improve the collection process, monitoring team performance to ensure efficiency.
• Hire, coach, and train staff, including conducting weekly training sessions and one-on-one meetings.
• Mentor new staff on best practices to enhance performance.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports as needed.
• Professionally handle customer inquiries and resolve disputes.

Salary and Working Hours

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM.
• Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
