What you'll do:

Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Conduct thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
Qualifications:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in good standing in Virginia
1 year of independent licensure experience
Proficient in providing telehealth services
Strong clinical skills and a passion for helping others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
