Clinical Liaison (RN) - Hospice

We are seeking an experienced Hospice Liaison in Dallas, TX .

This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted hospice operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a salary around $90,000 per year depending on experience. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications

• RN License
• 2+ years of sales experience in hospice or home health
• Existing relationships with referral resources
• Excellent skills in communication, management, organization, and problem-solving
• Knowledge of nonprofit organizations, fundraising, and other relevant skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with hospital, family, and physicians
• Ensuring seamless services as patients transition to at-home hospice care
