Are you a relatively new Class A driver (3 months of Class A experience – can be local, regional or OTR but can not count driving school or time with trainer) or an experienced driver that is tired of false promises, no home time and no money?

Are you tired of making $.35-.40CPM while being out for 4 weeks at a time or better yet being told by your “Chicago” boss how .75CPM is so much more money than all the other jobs (what they don't tell you is that you get to pay 30% in taxes on all your miles so really you are making .525CPM) and your dispatch is on another continent.

Make MORE money (minimum of $.70-$.80CPM, $25/Stop and $240/Trailer unload – yes this is driver unload but not inventory or merchandising – which comes to $1400-$2100/WK) and get home on the weekend almost every week.

-If you like making $1000/WK Gross and being home once a month, this job is NOT for you.

-If you like paying double the taxes with no benefits this really isn’t the job for you especially if you like being told to hit the road after 12 hours at home or 4 hours down time while your dispatcher is eating borscht half way across the world.

Here are the details (oh and one other thing, if a carrier makes you pay to get to orientation or pay an escrow for a company job run as fast as you can)
• Dedicated Regional Run: Enjoy the consistency of a dedicated regional route. You will place boxes on conveyor belt but WILL NOT GO into the store and will not do merchandising or inventory
• Competitive Pay: Starting at $.70-$.80 CPM with pay increases every 6 months. Drivers earn $25/Stop and $240 Trailer Unload – average per week is $1400-$2100/WK (average $74-$104K/YR and home weekends)
• If you love chilling out at truck stops for 2-3 days waiting for a load and not getting paid, this is not the job for you
• Average Annual Pay: Drivers with 3 months experience (that is NOT COUNTING TRAINING or DRIVING SCHOOL MUST BE ON YOUR OWN OR ON A TEAM) will average $1400+/WK (with a rider and a pet and home weekends) while drivers with more experience can make $2000/WK Also, when you are home you are home, no fooling with the ELDs here to make you run 16 hours a day. Anyone who says smaller carriers care more about their driver haven’t driven for Chicago.
• Touch Freight Clarification: THIS IS 100% TOUCH FREIGHT. DRIVERS PLACE BOXES (AVERGE WEIGHT 1-18LBS) ON A CONVEYOR. ONCE IT IS ON THE CONVEYOR THE STORE PERSONNEL TAKE CARE OF THE REST. DRIVERS DO NOT GO INTO THE STORE TO DO INVENTORY AND STOCKING.
• Top-Notch Equipment: Drive Freightliner and International trucks with automatic transmission and APU.
• Paid Training: All drivers receive 5 days of paid training at $150/day.

• Rider and Pet Policy: Bring your rider and pet along after completing training.

Requirements:
• 3 months verifiable Class A driving experience in the last three years.
• No more than 2 non-serious moving violations in the last 12 months and no more than 3 in the last 36 months.
• No more than one serious moving violation in the last 12 months.
• No more than 2 DOT preventable accidents in the last two years and no more than one in the last 12 months.
• No termination from your last job for any safety reasons.
