Island Sushi And Grill in Las Vegas, NV is looking for one cashier to join our strong team. We are located on 9400 S Eastern Ave #103. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering and leaving the business
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Accurately receive and punch in all orders in a timely manner
• Accurately process all cash and credit payments
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Answer telephone calls to provide information and to do take-out orders with excellent phone etiquette
• Provide accurate information of all menu items and the restaurant
• Complete all assigned duties by management
• Smile and provide amazing Aloha Spirit!

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a restaurant cashier or in customer service
• Basic mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to multi-task
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Stand for long periods of time
• Must have current and valid SNHD Food Handler Card

Position schedule is mandatory Weekends and Evenings.

$12.00-$14.00/hr based upon experience. Experienced Cashier tip rate is typically $7-$10.00/hr
