We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage key financial tasks and support our daily business operations. If you have a background in accounting or bookkeeping—especially in an environment requiring inventory tracking—we'd love to hear from you!

### What You'll Do
- Accounts Payable & Receivable - Process invoices, payments, and manage customer and vendor accounts.
- Payroll - Handle payroll processing for all employees.
- Reconciliations - Ensure financial accuracy by performing regular account reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting - Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other key reports.
- Sales Tax Reporting - Manage monthly and quarterly sales tax preparation.
- Software Management - Work with QuickBooks Desktop and Excel for daily accounting tasks. Experience with Xero is a plus (training provided).

### What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably in an inventory-tracking environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel; Xero experience is a plus but not required.
- Education: A background in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications: QuickBooks certification or Certified Bookkeeper (CB) certification is a plus but not required.

### Schedule
- Full-time, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST
