Bookkeeper
Full-Time | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST

We're looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to help keep our financial operations running smoothly. If you have experience in bookkeeping and accounting—especially in an environment that involves inventory tracking—we'd love to hear from you!

### What You'll Do
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable - Process invoices, payments, and maintain vendor and customer accounts.
- Handle Payroll - Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Perform Reconciliations - Keep financial records precise with regular reconciliations.
- Prepare Financial Statements - Generate balance sheets, income statements, and other reports.
- Manage Sales Tax Reporting - Oversee monthly and quarterly sales tax preparations.
- Use Accounting Software - Work with QuickBooks Desktop and Excel (experience with Xero is a plus, but we provide training).

### What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1-2 years in bookkeeping or accounting, ideally in an inventory-tracking environment.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel (familiarity with Xero is a bonus but not required).
- Education: A background in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications (a plus, but not required): QuickBooks Certification or Certified Bookkeeper (CB) certification.
