Bookkeeper

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain tax files for individuals, trusts, partnerships, corporations, and private foundations.
- Organize and categorize financial documentation.
- Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis.
- Process payroll in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain journal entries.
- Generate and run various financial reports.

About You:

- Experience: At least 3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (family office experience is a plus).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Skills: Proficient with QuickBooks Online and intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Personal qualities: Strong integrity, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
